Architecture

Every project is composed anew around the slope of the land, its views and the character of the region. Generous terraces, daylight and façades that merge with the landscape are the starting point.

Engineering

Our buildings follow the current seismic code and building-inspection law no. 4708. TSE-certified C30 concrete, a shear-wall foundation, BTM membrane waterproofing and thermal-acoustic façade insulation are standard.

Handover and Beyond

Smart home systems, underfloor heating provision, solar-ready and EV-charging infrastructure are in place at handover. Throughout the process you deal with a single sales team.
